Daniel P. Fletcher
Daniel P. Fletcher was admitted to practice law in New York State in 1989. He joined Costello, Cooney & Fearon, PLLC in June of 1994 and became a partner in the firm in 1999. Mr. Fletcher concentrates in the area of civil litigation with an emphasis on personal injury and insurance defense cases. Mr. Fletcher has tried to verdict numerous personal injury cases in Upstate, N.Y. He has also successfully argued appeals in the 3rd and 4th Department and the N.Y. Court of Appeals.
Mr. Fletcher graduated cum laude from LeMoyne College in Syracuse, New York in 1982. He received his law degree with honors from Albany Law School of Union University in Albany, New York in 1988, also being named to the Order of the Coif (top 10% of graduates) and Justinian Honor Society. While in Law School, Mr. Fletcher received the New York State Trial Lawyer Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy.
Mr. Fletcher is admitted to practice before all New York State Courts and the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Western Districts of New York. He is a member of the Onondaga County and New York State Bar Associations.
