Angela Smith is a Real Estate Paralegal at the Firm. She joined the Firm in 2026.
In her role at the Firm, Angela focuses on residential real estate matters, including sales and purchases. Her responsibilities include drafting sale documents, reviewing title, addressing title curative issues, drafting closing statements, and coordinating with banks, lenders, and title companies. Angela also handles Public Administrator sales and estate sales for the Onondaga County Public Administrator, Wendy S. Lougnot. She is also a Notary Public.
Prior to joining the Firm, Angela served as a Paralegal at Walker Law Firm, P.C., where she handled residential purchases and sales, farm transactions, and business and property acquisitions. She also worked as a Recording Clerk at the Cayuga County Clerk’s office, where she reviewed and recorded property deeds, mortgages, and various land documents.
Angela holds an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice from Onondaga Community College and a Paralegal Diploma from Bryant & Stratton College.
