Ann I. Kitts is a Paralegal at Costello, Cooney & Fearon. She joined the Firm in 1985.
In her capacity at the Firm, Ann lends assistance to attorneys in civil litigation of complex personal injury cases, and property damage cases from initial receipt through trials and appeals. Ann brings years of experience in drafting of and responding to multi-party litigation discovery matters, reviewing and providing analysis of complex medical documents, preparation of subpoenas, demonstrative evidence, and exhibits for use during trial.
Specifically, Ann works in the Firm’s General Litigation, Insurance Defense Litigation, Estate Litigation, Personal Injury and Products Liability practice areas.
Ann is also a Notary Public.
