Cheryl Keene is a paralegal at Costello, Cooney & Fearon. She joined the Firm in 1979.
In her role with the firm, Cheryl brings more than four decades of experience in the areas of commercial and residential real estate. From reviewing contracts and transactions to representing lenders in the real estate market, Cheryl is a wealth of knowledge – providing expertise to both individuals and businesses.
Specifically, Cheryl works in the Firm’s Commercial Real Estate, Residential Real Estate and Financial Services practice areas.
Cheryl also lends her services to a combined attorney and paralegal team working with the Syracuse Habitat for Humanity organization, powering the Humanity Pro Bono Project that assists new homeowners purchase through Habitat for Humanity.
