Richard J. Andino
Mr. Andino joined Costello, Cooney & Fearon, PLLC in September 2012 after serving as a law clerk with the firm during the summer of 2011. He practices primarily in the firm’s Municipal, Healthcare, and Labor and Employment Law practice groups. Mr. Andino graduated from Cornell University in 2009, receiving his Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations.
In May 2012, he received his Juris Doctor, Magna Cum Laude, from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School. While in law school, Mr. Andino interned with the Honorable George H. Lowe, United States Magistrate Judge for the Northern District of New York. In addition, he also interned with the Erie County Medical Center working in the area of Labor and Employment Law.
Mr. Andino also served as an associate on the University at Buffalo Law School’s Public Interest Law Journal. Mr. Andino is admitted to practice in New York State Court, U.S. District Court, Northern District of New York. He is a member of the Onondaga County Bar Association, American Health Lawyers Association and the New York State Bar Association.
