Margaret A. French

Margaret (Maggie) A. French is an attorney at Costello, Cooney & Fearon. She started her tenure with the Firm in 2022.

Maggie’s practice centers on insurance defense, commercial litigation and real property disputes. She routinely represents a wide range of clients, including commercial entities, such as insurance carriers, construction firms, and municipal bodies, such as towns and county water authorities, as well as individuals. Her work frequently involves claims related to property damage, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, business conflicts, contract breaches and evictions.

Maggie is a participating member of the Firm’s Department of Fun.
