Warren W. Bader is Of Counsel at Costello, Cooney & Fearon. He began with tenure with the Firm in 1970.
For more than five decades, Warren has represented both private individuals and corporations in business dealings, real estate matters, as well as handling numerous estates and trusts matters. Warren has spent the last 15 years as counsel to the Town of Constantia. Prior to that, he was a Justice for the Town of Constantia for approximately 10 years.
Warren also served as the Public Administrator for Onondaga County for more than 10 years. As the Public Administrator, Warren was responsible for administering estates of citizens with no surviving members, willing or able to handle the accounting and closure of their affairs.
