Katherine A. Stewart
Ms. Stewart joined Costello, Cooney & Fearon, PLLC as an associate in 2020. She focuses her practice in the area of commercial litigation.
Ms. Stewart is a Rochester native who graduated from Syracuse University and Brooklyn Law School. During law school, she interned in the brand protection department of Burberry, and was involved with the Brooklyn Law Incubator & Policy Clinic, assisting technology and new media companies with various needs. She was a member of the Executive Board for the Moot Court Honor Society, and a Notes & Comments Editor for the Brooklyn Journal of International Law.
Ms. Stewart began her career working on intellectual property matters for food, drug, and cosmetic companies at a law firm in New York City. She comes to Costello, Cooney & Fearon from a mid-size firm in Syracuse, where she focused on civil litigation matters.
