Patrick Kilmartin is Special Counsel at Costello, Cooney & Fearon. He joined the Firm in this role in 2026.
In his role at the Firm, Patrick’s practice focuses on commercial real estate and business transactions. He represents clients in the purchase, sale, development, management, and operation of commercial real estate, as well as individuals and businesses engaged in the acquisition and sale of business interests including business assets, corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships. Patrick also handles loan transactions related to real estate and business interests, representing purchasers, sellers, developers, landlords, tenants, property owners seeking zoning and planning approvals, and business owners in commercial lending matters.
Before joining the Firm, Patrick worked in the Onondaga County Attorney’s Office, and served as Town Justice for the Town of Onondaga and as a County Legislator for Onondaga County. He also served as Chairman of the Zoning Review Board and on the Assessment Review Board for the Town of Onondaga.
