Alexandra L. Condon is a Partner at Costello, Cooney & Fearon. She began her career with the Firm in 2015.
Alex provides regulatory and compliance consultation strategies and services to a variety of financial institutions, ranging from consumer protection laws and management requirements, as well as general counsel guidance and services for credit unions. Alex provides legal contract services, such as contract negotiation, dispute resolution, and detailed drafting agreements specifically tailored to provide vendor management support. Alex also provides representation for creditors in bankruptcy proceedings, replevin actions, commercial and residential mortgage foreclosure proceedings, as well as commercial and residential real estate representation.
